Michigan is in danger! On the ballot in this November's election, voters will decide whether to accept
Proposal 2 as an actual amendment to our state's constitution. This dangerous piece of legislation will not
only promote any kind of research on embryonic stems cells, it will allow experimentation on human lives up to
14 days old and open the door for human cloning and cross-species experimentation. As a constitutional
amendment, it will be very difficult to fight in court, and even more difficult to overturn. We need to stop this

effort. We will need extra volunteers now through November 4 to write letters to the editor, knock on doors,
